You agree to provide truthful and accurate information in your CV, applications, and during interviews. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or credentials may result in immediate termination of our services and potential legal consequences.
While we work diligently to match candidates with suitable opportunities, we do not guarantee job placement. Final hiring decisions rest with employers.
Employer fees are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment is typically due upon successful candidate placement. Specific terms, including refund policies and replacement guarantees, are detailed in your service agreement.
Employers agree that all job postings are legitimate, comply with applicable employment laws, and do not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, nationality, age, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Employers agree to treat candidate information as confidential and use it solely for recruitment purposes. Candidate data must not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Innovation Manpower EU and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
